It is basically where a company is a company just to buy bitcoin. It may seem odd, if you think of bitcoin as just money, that there could even be a world where there was a company that just collected money, but low and behold, in the year 2025, that is what we have, a company whose sole purpose in life is to buy more money. Trumps company, which owns Truth Social social-media platform, announced it had secured $2.3 billion through the selling of its equity, and bought bitcoin, making one of the largest investments in bitcoin ever. It is truly astounding. Michael Saylor pioneered a whole new way of thinking about crypto and business when MicroStrategy became public.
