Artificial Intelligence is the next thing in business. It will propel growth in ways man has not heretofore seen. This technology has the power to disrupt many businesses. It will affect data management, and allow new insights into how businesses can pivot when necessary. It will also change the way people communicate inside of businesses. We are already seeing commercials that push the idea of employees communicating with other employees by using an AI-generated interface to sum up what they are trying to say, promising to save time, energy, and ultimately, money. The challenge will be how much businesses are ready to admit they are using AI. We will definitely be seeing more in the way of transparency of their AI usage, possibly leading to lawsuits where transparency is not forthcoming and customers are depending on a human-generated product. Overall, it is going to change the way people do business, and only time will tell how overwhelming it will be.
