Basically, we are screwed if it shows really really high inflation, because then, no matter how much Powell is being intimidated to lower the rates, he will not do it, because he knows that he could destroy the US economy if he pours gasoline on really high inflation, and we could become Venezuela, where the dollar just turns into nothing, which could lead to bread lines. So, Trump threatening his job or bread lines. He will probably be the stronger man and do the right thing. But this would tank the market hard.
