Considering that the house is going to vote to re-open the government tomorrow, there is some reason to be positive. But, it looks like the real reason for the optimism is because there was a jobs report which showed weak jobs numbers. This would normally mean a weak economy, but in our bizarro universe it is good because it means that it is more likely that the fed will cut rates in December.
