It seems that they have decided on some kind of framework of a deal in london, between the US and China. And everyone has been waiting on this, with the S&P going up. But, after hours, it looks like stocks are falling pretty hard, meaning that it might be one of those sell the news kind of days tomorrow. I guess we will see. According to some chart gurus online, if we break above the wedge, we could go a lot higher, but if it falls below, then it could really fall.
