| | __________________________________________________________________________________Post: So, it looks like a head and shoulders was forming on $spy but I am not sure if that will happen. Some people seem to think that the right shoulder was overshot, and then the head and shoulders pattern was invalidated. If this is so, and the right shoulder is destroyed, then the chart could show an upward movement and possibly lead to the chart hitting the top of the head. If this is so, then the next pattern it could show is a double top. A double top is usually followed by a a downward movement in the stock market. I suppose that the next thing to keep an eye out for is a double top. | 2025-11-26 | |
